DANIEL EDWARDS

Daniel Edwards has been the Lead Pastor of Formation Church since 2005. In addition to leading and preaching at Formation, he owns and operates a local business. Nicole serves as the Kid Ministry Team Leader at Formation Church and works with Daniel at his local business. Together they help lead one of our Community Groups. Daniel and Nicole have two children: Haven and Lincoln.

ERIC POPE

Eric Pope first served Formation Church as an intern in the Spring of 2017, and then came on staff as an Associate Pastor of Discipleship in August of 2017. Eric and Cherish have 2 sons. Eric leads Formation Church’s groups ministry and prayer team.  Cherish serves in our Kids Ministry. Together they lead one of our Community Groups. Eric works as a School Teacher at Evansville Christian School. Cherish is a stay at home mom.

DUSTIN WALTERS

Dustin Walters came to serve at Formation Church in January of 2023 just a few months after marrying Laci, who came to know Jesus at Formation Church. Dustin and Laci met at Formation Church when Dustin joined us as a guest speaker. Dustin and Laci have a daughter: Tallulah. Dustin leads the Hospitality Team and oversees Growth Track to help people get connected. Laci serves in our Kids Ministry. Together they help lead one of our Community Groups. Dustin is an insurance agent at a local agency and Laci is a stay at home mom.

ISAAC WARREN

Isaac Warren grew up in Southern Indiana and met Hannah at New Tech High School in Evansville. Hannah attended Formation Church and served on the worship team. During college, Isaac and Hannah felt called to ministry, so Isaac joined Formation Church staff as an intern shortly after marrying Hannah. They have one son. Isaac and Hannah lead our youth group and serve in Kids Ministry. Together they help lead one of our Community Groups. Isaac is a Project Manager at a local design firm and Hannah is stay at home mom.
